Start Timings: Saturday 17 September, 11am (SHARP)
Sunday 18 September, 11am (SHARP)
On Saturday we begin the walk from Carrick-a-Rede car park to Portbradden, walking across beaches and off road along the cliff tops. It should be noted that good footwear is advisable as parts of the walk can be wet and heavy underfoot.
Sunday’s walk is less strenuous; walking alongside the railway track to Portballintrae, across beaches to Portrush via Ramore Head, and onto Mill Road Roundabout, then follow the Old Coach Road (public footpath and bridleway) and finally to the finishing point at Ballyleese Caravan Park
Registration can be made payable on the day. Please note this is a Charity event, so the aim is to raise as much money as possible for Aware Defeat Depression.
For further information please contact: Angie 07549030348, Stevie 07814930067 or Gary 07547391919.
It is very important to know the route, if not we strongly advise to stay within a group, as you can easily take a wrong turn.
Toilet facilities on Saturdays walk are based at Carrick-a-Rede car park, Ballintoy Harbour and Dunseverick Harbour only.
Toilet facilities for Sundays walk are based at the entrance to White Rocks Beach, Landsdowne Car Park, West Strand Beach (near harbour) and West Strand Beach (near the railway arch).
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR CONTINUING SUPPORT
