I'm very enthusiastic about fund raising & love walking so what better way to put both to use than taking part in the Bracknell & district Alzheimer's Memory Walk.

All money raised will go towards helping people who have Dememtia & their carers living in & around Bracknell.

 I want to create more activities for people with Dementia & their carers and all the sponsor money collected will help me acheive my aim.
