Along with my husband Paul I will be abseiling down the side of Waltham Abbey Church, to raise awareness and money for Breast Cancer Care.

This is a Charity very close to both of our hearts and we hope that our lovely friends, family and Emmys Mummy readers will help us raise money for this fantastic cause.

The abseil will take place on 1st October 2011 at 1.45pm in Waltham Abbey, essex - you are all welcome to come and watch.
