As many of you are aware, Gareth and I are running the London Marathon on the 26th of April.  After months of hard work, sweat and tears (and a lot of extra food), we are almost ready for the 26.2 miles.  Please help us raise money for our chosen charity and come and give us a cheer on the 26th as we need all the support we can get!
