Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for the 10k London Run on Sunday 12th July,  and many thanks to you all who have donated so far. In my case run does not descibe the staggering style but the important part is I will be raising money for Bromley Autistic Trust . My target is £500 so please sponsor me now! Training is going well and consists of Kai the dog joining me in circuits and trying her very best to trip me up wherever possible.
