On Sunday 6th September 2009 I shall be abseiling 120' down the side of the YMCA building in Rush Green, Romford.

Funds raised will go to the fantastic work carried out by 'First Step' who provide support for pre-school children with special needs and disabilities, and their families, who live in Havering.
