Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Between 18th & 21st August 2011, Colin Green & David Emanuel of Royton Road Runners will run the 109-mile Cleveland Way in North Yorkshire to raise money for Dr Kershaw's Hospice in Royton. That's more than a marathon a day over rugged moorland & cliff coast path, reaching heights of 1500ft.

To make it a little more interesting, everyone who donates to this worthwhile cause has a chance to win a prize! When making a donation, please add in the 'comments' box how long in total you think it will take us to run the full route (hrs/mins/secs). Whoever gets closest to the actual time will win a hamper, provided with the assistance of the Co-operative store in Royton.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast & totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity & make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
