In November 2006, I cycled around Cuba for a worthy charitable cause.

In October 2009, I am getting back on the saddle (pure madness !) to raise money for the Foundation for Conductive Education.

I am cycling around Vietnam (Hanoi) across all terrains, up hills, down dales, across valleys - you name it, we'll cycle it.

The heat, PHEW (Dripping wet ). Bugs, Yuck, Mosquitos, Aah.

I will cycle over 400 miles in 8 days, saddle sore !

I am undertaking this challenge to raise money and awareness for the Foundation for Conductive Education.

This is an incredible national charity that teaches children and adults with physical disabilities such as Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke and Head Injury, how to master the every day movements - sitting, standing, talking and walking - things we take for granted.
