Climate change in Africa means drought, floods and famine. Climate Stewards works to reduce climate change and limit its impact (we are part of A Rocha).

In Ghana we are planting forest to absorb carbon dioxide (CO2), to help local people adapt, and to protect wildlife by creating new habitat. Our target is 400,000 trees to store 150,000 tons of CO2.

£8 a month plants 25 trees a year to capture 10 tons of CO2, a year's emissions for someone in the UK.
