On June 21 I shall be riding the Morzine Vallee Sportive in the French Alps. That's 100 miles of cycling during which I will ride 4km of verticle climbing (well that's what they say).

OK seeing as this is a bit of a feat, I thought why not see if you would like to sponsor me to do it. I'm riding to raise money for Global Medic Force's HIV healthworkers in Vietnam. HIV is affects nearly 1:3 of the population in some parts of the country, and your donation would help pay for the training of 1,500 - 2,000 healthcare workers in basic infection control measures and disease provention.
