The Butterfly Tree supports rural communities, most especially orphans decimated by the HIV/AIDS pandemic in Zambia. We provide safe clean water, feeding programs, health, and education facilities and sustainability. We are all volunteers both in the UK and Zambia, no personal fees are deducted.

Story

The Butterfly Tree has won a free place to participate in Cyclothon UK, an enduring challenge held at Brands Hatch on 15th September 2011. Our charity team is represented by four guys called 'The Flying Butts' who aim to raise a substantial amount of funds to support our orphan programmes in Zambia. There are 710,000 left orphaned through the HIV/AIDS pandemic.

Our aim is to provide safe, clean water, feeding programmes and improved health and education facilities in addition to orphan sponsorship. All our members both in the UK and Zambia are volunteers, no personal fees or administration costs will be deducted from your donation. 100% will go directly to the cause!

Please support this challenge which will provide much needed funds to help these vulnerable children.
