My story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me and my CMO colleagues.

Last Friday on the 6th of November a group of colleagues from across the CMO took part in a charity tennis tournament at the Westway Tennis Centre in central London. After a few late withdrawals with illness and work commitments (Rachel Biles went as far as Paris to get out of playing!) we were left with 15 players who eagerly displayed their mixture of skill and considerable enthusiasm in a doubles round robin event.

The event proved to be a big success with everyone getting to play several matches in a tournament atmsophere more geared to enjoyment than competition. Rob Rayner played his usual clownish part wearing the famed '118' attire and Sarah Newman was able to go through several wardrobe changes including a B&Q work apron, a wizard's hat and bunny ears satisfying her several sponsorship challenges!

I'd like to say a huge thank you to all those who took part and the colleagues who came along to help and support!

Robert Fulford, Martin Basth, Michael Connor, Rachael Biles, Tom Lowe, Alison Smithie, Robert Rayner, James Strachan, Kebbie Sebastian, Andrew Blantz, Sarah Newman, Rachel Mackie, Peter Gilks, Anthony Graham, Andrew Blantz, Kelvin Lau, David Carter, Elisabetta Osta, Barbara Kaiser-Milella, Brian O'Connor and Loren Barton.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Many thanks for your support.
