Please continue to give towards our work, even though we have completed the walk.

"It's just walking" Dave repeats, "what's 25 miles?"

It's a long way in one day!  Climbing the three highest peaks in Yorkshire isn't a walk in the park.  Do I think we can make it?  I'm really not sure!  The real question is WHY try?

Dave, Anita and Mike work with young people and children primarily in the UK.  Alongside other CMS mission partners, they want to see young people's lives changed through meeting Jesus in creative ways.

Of course, money doesn't come easy, so they're going to walk their socks off in the hope you will support them.  Money raised will go directly to CMS's youth and children's work.

ABOUT THE WALK:
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Walk is a very demanding walk, which takes in the summits of Pen-y-ghent (694 metres - 2,276 feet), Whernside (736 metres - 2,415 feet) and Ingleborough (723 metres  2,372 feet) all in one circular route.

The walk is 24.5 miles (39.2km) long and takes in over 5,000 feet (1,600 metres) of climbing. The walking is over a variety of terrains, and even though the paths have been improved immensely over recent years, certain sections can still be very boggy and energy sapping.

So, please think about how much you could give and sponsor us!

You can find out how we get on in July's 'trax16' podcast.  Follow trax16 on facebook.

We have a few other walkers joining us for the walk including Merlin Brick and Andy Duffy.  Thanks for your support guys!
