At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Welcome to Jeff and Pei's Chinese New Year 2006 celebration.  Traditionally the Chinese have given red packets and offerings to persuade the Gods to shower them with good luck and prosperity for the coming year.

Instead of doing that (or bringing/contributing anything to our party), we would be honored if you would make a small discretionary contribution to our selected charity for the Alzheimer's Society on this page.  It is not a very glamorous disease/affliction but it does affect a lot of people - dementia alone will affect 1 in 20 of those aged over 65.

If you are a UK tax-payer, you can also give an extra 28% in gift aid to the charity at no cost to yourself.  We will make sure to put in a good word about you to the Kitchen God when he reports to the King of Heavens so that 2006 will bring you lots of good fortune.

See you on 28th Jan!
Best wishes
Jeff & Pei
