It's aim is to make a difference to the lives of older people and adults with a disability and to support practical solutions that lead to increased personal independence, self-sufficiency and dignity, by making grants to individuals and organisations, with identified health and social care needs which cannot be met by the statutory public sector.

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

Despite vowing never to do another C2C, we're back for C2C3. This year is different - it's not a South to North run as before, it's West to East from the most westerly point of Wales (St. David's Bay) to the most easterly point of England (Lowestoft). 450 miles in 5 days, in 17 bite sized stages (so very accessible!). The ride will take pace on 1st - 5th September.

Our chosen charities this year are The Barchester Healthcare Foundation and the woundes services charity, Help for Heroes. Your support would very welcome - join us for a stage (or the whole thing), be part of the support team or just sponsor us on this page.
