Welcome,

Firstly, i hope you are all sitting nice and comfortably, in your warm house, or for those lucky ones, perhaps even at your university whilst you get a nice little education. You may have even sat down to enjoy a nice meal, perhaps even a drink or two. Well it is for these reasons that Joe and myself have decided to raise money for War Child.

And no, we are not supporting child warriors....War Child seeks to provide support and welfare to those children living in some of the most dangerous places in the world, and those who have been subject to abuse and extreme poverty through conflict.

As a result of this, Joe and Myself have decided to do a Coast to Coast challenge, cycling from one side of England to tuther. The challenge is about 140 miles, and we have both decided that we are to do this non-stop, and as close to 24hours as possible. That means cycling throughout the night, non-stop in the middle of winter, as we have set a provisional date of 16th of December. To make this even harder, and a decision that we shall no-doubt regrett, we are undertaking this challenge on a tandem...Yes one of those riduculous two man bikes.

Right, you know the score, we want your money and lots of it. So please please sponsor us. Through this website the money will go directly to War Child, and you really can change their lives for the better. A donation of £5 can buy a child in Uganda a Uniform to return back to school, that uniform and an education will be the best thing to happen to that childs life. It only takes £180 to train a former War Child to become a mechanic and have a steady income for the rest of his life. It is these tiny sums of money that really do help to change these children's lives.

It is quick, easy and as i have previously mentioned, the money shall go straight to the charity. So please donate generously and help change a childs life.
