My personal message:

The day finally arrived and, despite much apprehension, I completed the fearsome course in 4 hours and 52 minutes, finishing in 31st place out of over 140 participants. It was a gruelling, but wonderful experience. taking in some spectacular coastal scenery. I met some great and generous people during a memorable weekend.

Thanks so much for your continuing support.

I passionately support the work of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in its work to fund research into a cure for this life-threatening condition, which counts my 3 year old daughter, Grace, as one of its sufferers.
