I'm walking a stretch of the Cornish Coastal path, 56 miles, to raise money for Mind, who run a wide range of Drop in Centres and projects in the Richmond borough for anyone who has experienced mental distress. These projects are a vital safe haven and support network for anyone who doesn't know where to turn.
