Adam Nash (a paramedic) and Terence McLoughlin (a Sheffield medical student) are going for the longest distance coasteer ever on record on June 23-27 2008. 5 days to seaswim,cliff jump and scramble along otherwise inaccessible parts of the north cornish coastline from Lands End to Newquay-over 50 miles against sea conditions, cliffs and sea currents. With a support crew of fellow lifeguards to help out as part of the team. Its a 60 mile coasteer and all donations go to Sheffield Childrens Hospital Charity.
