Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

It was a great turn out today with a huge group of walkers.  Eight of us ran the 12.5 miles, the fastest of us doing it in 1 hour 57 minutes.
A huge thank you to everyone that sponsored us, took part and supported this cause.  It's been a great effort and large achievement by all.

We've raised over £3,000 but you can still donate more ...

On 21st February 2010 my mum sadly lost her 6 month fight with ovarian cancer.  She was only 55.

Ovarian cancer is commonly referred to as the silent killer, as unfortunately by the time it is detected it is often too late.  Sadly many of my colleagues at Coastline have also lost members of their family to this disease.

But it doesn't have to be this way.  With your help we can raise money for 'Target Ovarian Cancer' and just maybe we can help prevent others from having to suffer in the same way.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
