Thanks for visiting our Fundraising page where we hope to raise as much money as possible for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer foundation!

We are aiming to do the coast to coast cycle route, 135miles in 24 hours, plus there is a fundraising event planned at the Pied Bull, Shepshed on Sun 30th Aug. Watch this space for more details! The bike ride is being done by friends, family and players of Shepshed RFC

The reason for the choice of charity is that on the 9th June, Our good friend Shaun Hibberd (Buster) was diagnosed with lung cancer!

The hibberds world fell apart, Buster is 36yrs old, a NON-smoker and up until being sent to the hospital for shortness of breath regularly played rugby & trained at the Gym.

Please note that any donation made via this website will go straight to the Roy Castle lung Cancer Foundation, however paper sponsor forms etc are available both for the bike ride and future fundraising events or just if you wish to make a donation, all other money raised will be split between the fondation & Shaun & his young family!
