<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; tab-stops: 346.45pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">As you may be aware, in conjunction with celebrating my birthday and Halloween, I am also wishing to support the MAD4Africa charity - an organisation that I am quite close to.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; tab-stops: 346.45pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">MAD4Africa is a unique charity run by a small group of volunteers. They are committed to making a difference in Africa through sustainable projects that are managed within the local community. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">MAD4Africa’s first project is the Kiyonza Professional Training Centre (KPTC), Ngoma Sector, Rwanda. In providing this facility they are helping this community build a sustainable future. This project will be managed by the local community, thereby giving them ownership of their future success.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">In January 2011 MAD4Africa opened the doors of the centre to 86 students from the local area and are currently learning carpentry, constructing, tailoring and languages. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">The committee has just come back from building a pig farming pen that will give enough funding to sustain the centre in the future. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span class="apple-style-span"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">In January 2012 they are planning to expand the centre to 150 students following the building of additional classrooms - but this is all dependent on funding.</span></span></p>
