Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I have now complete my challenge and reached the top of Kilimanjaro. I never really appreciated just how hard this climb was going to be not only the physical challenge but the mental challenge. I would like to thank everyone in my group for the support they gave and special thanks to all those at Ahsante Tours who supplied the backup team for this climb from the Guides, assistant Guides, Cooks and porters without these guys nobody would make it, they are amazing people and have my full respect.

Many of you will know that my Daughter Sarah had Meningitis Septicemia at the age of 15, we thought we were going to loose her but thanks to the staff at Portsmouth Hospital she survived to be No 1 in the world of Yngling Sailing and Double Olympic Gold Medalist. I now feel it is time for me to give back something in celebration of her life and to help raise funds for the 'Search 4 a Vaccine Campaign' which aims to raise £7million for research and hopefully stop the six families every week having to suffer the tragedy of losing a loved one to this devastating disease.
Please dig deep it could be your Child, Grandchild you are helping to save
Thanks
