Hello everyone I am completing the Nijmegan Marches in July 2008, it is a 100 mile march over 4 days in Nijmegan, Holland, I'm just one of 11 in our Ministry of Defence, London team taking part, it is a military team half Army and half RAF.  I qualified for this event by completing a 50 miles over 2 days back in Apr 08. 

I would like to raise money and awareness to the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Trust .  My newphew (in law) Sam a very happy and loving little boy who I love dearly has recently been diagnosed with this type of Muscular Dystrophy.
