I've decided to take part along with three of my work colleagues in the Trailwalker 2015 trek across the south downs. Nothing too strenuous of course just a simple 100km hike in under 30 hours!

It's been a while since I challenged myself and nothing like doing things half arsed!

Of course as this is for charity who better than Oxfam. Please dig deep guys and gals all your money will go to worthwhile causes throughout the world.
