In May 2007 Dave Barras and Colin Banks completed a circular walk in the Peak District of Derbyshire, you may remember the article in the Local Newspaper. 100 miles in 4 days. We succeeded in raising nearly £3500 for Cancer Research UK . Now we have decided to embark on another challenge coast to coast from Ravenglass in Cumbria to the Holy Island in Northumberland. This time it will be 192 miles in 8 days. This time we are jointly raising money for Cancer Research UK and the Hospice Movement (East Ches Hospice and St Anne’s).
