I've decided to take on a mammoth task of riding from London to Paris (there's a little helping hand in the shape of a ferry to cover the wet stuff) but other than that its pure hard work, I'm doing this all in aid of Sense (http://www.sense.org.uk) check out the link to see all that they do.
