Colin Conkers Snowdon · 7 July 2012

Back Up services include mentoring, wheelchair skills training and activity courses as well as support in getting back to work or school after an injury. We provide peer led tailored support to help people adjust to a spinal cord injury and inspire independence and confidence for a positive future.

Story

There's a theory that all mountains are equal, some are just a bit bigger than others so surely the highest peak in wales cant be any different to Croy Hill, can it????

On the 7th July Colin Shields with his band of merry men will be pushing pulling shoving and a tugging will find out and attempt to scale the 1085m of Snowdon using an offroad wheelchair, some old ropes, a bit of sweat and a lot of laughter...(OK and maybe a few beers)

The climb will hopefully help raise funds for the Back-up Trust, a charity that transforms the lives of people with spinal injuries and a charity close to the hearts of Colin and most who know him.
