It’s a 5K run on the downs on the 20 September, raising money to tackle prostrate cancer (www.runforthefuture.org). We had a diagnosis in the family last year, luckily it responded well to the treatment, so this is something that has affected me personally and to which I do want to contribute towards finding treatments and cures!

I’ve set myself a goal of £300 – if it falls short, I’ll make up the difference, if it exceeds I’ll match the excess!!! So either way it'll cost me financially as well as physically :)
