This year we are proud to support Maggie’s Centre, Edinburgh as our chosen charity.  Maggie's Centres provide support and advice to individuals and their families who are affected by cancer.  They were chosed for the positive stories we have heard from our patients of the great support they provide and from those of us who have been personally affected by cancer.

To raise money we will be participating in several activities this year. We are currently holding a “Great Colinton Bake Off” staff
competition over 4 days in Feb and March which is proving to be competitive.

On Sunday 27th May we have entered 2 teams of doctors into the Edinburgh Marathon on Sunday 27 May and we are hoping to participate in Maggie's 'Kitchen Table Day' on Friday 27 April and Maggie's 'culture crawl' on 21 September.

Our second hand book exchange in the reception area will continue and a donation for Maggie's for books taken would be greatly appreciated - if you take a book then please put a donation into the Maggie's collecting tin.  Book donation s are always welcome, including children's books.
