Dear friends,

As you may be aware I am 'attempting' the Marathon this year. I have been in training since January and have so far hurt my back (although I never mention the severe pain I have endured),and chafed myself in places that should never be chafed (pictures supplied on request). It is all however all for a great cause, The Sussex Beacon. 

So please sponsor me! I will be so happy to have your support and it will no doubt spur me on to cross the finish line.
