Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. Let us introduce ourselves. We are Rhiannon Fitz-Gerald, Stacey Lowman and Nici Catton and we've got a big challenge planned for this year...
On the 20th October 2010, we will be flying off to Tanzania to climb Mt Kilimanjaro in an effort to raise money for a fantastic charity: Help for Heroes. We aim to raise a massive £10,200!
Climbing Mt Kilimanjaro is going to be no easy feat. Standing 5,895 metres tall, the highest mountain in Africa and the tallest freestanding mountain in the world(!!!) will throw many challenges our way. We're climbing the tougher Machame route and will be sleeping in tents throughout the 6 day trek.
Help for Heroes is a charity that is close to all our hearts and really is thoroughly deserving of every penny it receives. Please, please, please sponsor us for climbing this beast of a hill and make a difference to all our injured servicemen and women. Every little bit really does count.
