Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In December 2012 I had a reconstruction on my knee, which has put me out of competitive sport for the year. The recovery has been slow but I am now back running again and to help ensure I keep to my plan I've signed up for the British 10KM.

I'm running for MAD4Africa, which as everyone knows is a charity very close to my heart. We are a small committed group of volunteers who continually give up our time to support vocational projects in Rwanda.

We are currently raising money to build 2 new classrooms at Maraba Vocational Training Centre.

So please dig deep and donate now.
