Fresh from running a leg of the Jersey Marathon and ankle surgery, I am moving up to the heady heights of 10km. What is more it is the morning after my birthday, what a sacrifice!

I am aiming to raising money for CLIC Sargent, a cancer charity that helps young people. This charity supported my cousin when she successfully battled Lymphatic cancer as a teenager 8 years ago. The charity was also there for her when it returned last year. Finger's crossed but it looks like she has pulled through once again. Many aren't so lucky. Please help by sponsoring me for this run.
