Six members of staff from Lawrence Veterinary Centre ltd based in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire are taking on the Coniston Challenge 2014 in aid of Guidedogs.

We have to complete a 10km Hike, 12km Bikeride through Grizedale forest and a 1Mile kayak race across Coniston water.
