WE DID IT!!

Tom and Harvey completed the Selsdon Half Marathon on Saturday 13th April, in aid of Cool Earth. All the money raised will go to protecting rainforest in the Ashaninka tribal area of Peru.

The run had been cancelled on 23rd March due to snow, but the weather was mild when the race finally went ahead (see photos below).Towards the end of a gruelling course with many hills, Harvey got cramp but still achieved a personal best time of 1 hour 55 minutes. Tom also broke his own record,with 2 hours 7 minutes. Here are the results:

(And if you're wondering about the website, we haven't become Mormons!! This was the only half marathon we could find that Harvey was old enough to enter - all the others had a minimum age of 17.)
