<p>Evelyn &nbsp;our beloved mother/nana/ mother-in-law, is one of 750,000 people in the UK who live with Alzheimer's.&nbsp;She has lived with the disease since 2000.<br /><br />163,000 new cases of dementia are diagnosed in the UK every year. It can affect any of us.&nbsp;Research into this debilitating disease is desperately underfunded but vital to ensure early diagnosis, prevention, treatment and a cure in the future. &nbsp;The Alzheimer's Research Trust funds world class research.
