Story

Chances are you've been levered here by one of the team, or seen a flyer or link somewhere at work- thanks to you all, we've completed the ride and surpassed our original target !! but please keep donating.

Jools, Kris, Matt, Ash, and Martin are Lancashire Constabulary officers (of wildly various sizes) who all started cycling to work a couple of years ago and were bitten by the bug. Between 12-14th May 2012 We did the136 mile Coast to Coast bike ride over two mountain ranges from Whitehaven to Tynemouth over three days......in fine style !  For some of us, it was the hardest physical challenge of our lives, but with good company to to rely on and no end of mutual caustic abuse to encourage each other. We were sucessful. So much thanks for your amazing sponsorship  and the  logistic help from our supporters at Andrew Porter Removals ,  Arnold Clark,  ASDA,Total UK , and Halfords along with our rolling support from our colleagues Adam and Jordan who played a blinder. Hopefully  Trinity and Brian House are assisted in their valuable work in our beloved Lancashire. Kris says he is selling his bike... we'll see. A fabulous experience and a great result for the hospices. Thanks again for your donations and good wishes.

About the charity
