About Event: Costa to Costa

 

Cycling from Costa coffee shop in Whitehaven, Cumbria to Costa coffee shop in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear on Saturday 6th August; 138 miles by road between opening time (08:00) and last orders (17:00) to raise funds for Help for Heroes. 

 

The team comprises of a who's who of British Multisport athletes including former European Champion Phil Holland, 4 x Ironman Doug Smith, former World LD Duathlon Champion Stuart McGowan and former serviceman JC.

 

JC received assistance from Combat Stress after serving in the Middle East, Africa and, in particular, Rwanda.  This is an opportunity to pay something back for the help received when it was needed most.
