Please support the Cotswold Care Hospice Light up a Life Appeal 2009.

Every year Cotswold Care Hospice helps more than 400 people with life-limiting illnesses and their families.

All of the services are provided free of charge.

It costs £4,750 a day to provide this care and support. More than 90 per cent of the money needed comes from fundraising.

£15 will contribute towards a bereavement counselling session

£25 will help pay for a Day Hospice Therapy workshop

£50 will help pay for someone to receive a remedial reflexology session

£100 will help fund a visit to our specialist day hospice

£200 will help pay for a night visit from a Hospice at Home nurse

£500 will help pay for a month of visits to our Day Hospice

Your donation will help to fund essential care for future patients and their families.
