Hi everyone,
So here we are! On one wet afternoon back in the winter we were all sitting around at work thinking what would be a "fun" way to pass the time and we came up with the idea of taking part in the Asics British 10k run.
So reality has now hit us! The time has come... this Sunday, 12th July we will be crawling the streets of London for Kidney Research UK. It's a fabulous charity with great meaning especially to one us taking part - Jack Renwick. They do an amazing job at helping people and researching the causes of renal disease.
We would be grateful for any amount of money you can spare so dig deep!
