Travelling to Lake Windermere tomorrow for my challenge on Wednesday...please dig deep guys and gals for an amazing cause xxx

Over the past few years I have lost loved ones to the big C, met some fantastic people who have battled and defeated it head on and heard some extremely touching stories from sufferers, survivors and the families of lost ones. My first volunteering event was in London at the Tree of Light where I met some amazing individuals.  This has inspired me to push myself to my own physical limits to raise money for Macmillan as a big THANK YOU for their exceptional work they have and continue to do. Having a member of my family battling with an extremely rare case of Cancer, and seeing her tremendous battle she is fighting, has giving me the determination to succeed in my challenge! It's going to be tough but worth every second of pain that I'm sure I will endure :-)

 My challenege is to row 21 miles across Lake Windermere with my 3 fellow team mates. With 10 weeks of gruelling training I know I can accomplish my goal! 

I'm sure you will agree Macmillan do a fantastic job of supporting sufferes and families a like and deserve every donation they receive. I'm excited to be given the opportunity to partake in this challenge and your support will be greatfully recieved.
