Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland is a very important charity to me. As most of you will know my Dad sadly passed away just over a year ago. He unexpectedly suffered a heart attack and I would like to raise money for this charity whilst also remembering my Dad. He was always full of life and very friendly and I will aways remember him this way. So any money I can raise for this charity would mean SO much to me and I would be very grateful. It is these memories of my Dad that will help keep me motivated for the hard training ahead.
