On 22nd October 2009, Craig  will embark upon a mammoth trek up Kilimanjaro as part of the Help For Heroes challenge.  Training is over and it's time to go!

Ex Para mate Andy will act as guide for Craig as they aim for the summit of one of the world's highest and trickiest mountains and back through some seriously dodgy terrain.
