My personal message:

In June I will be cycling from London to Dublin to raise money for the National Society for Epilepsy. There are fifteen of us doing it, and we will each be cycling around 370 miles (circa 600 km). I have personally paid for my accommodation and flight back, so any money I can now raise all goes to the charity for a great cause. More details about the charity and bike ride can be found @ http://www.epilepsynse.org.uk Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Society for Epilepsy will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
