This charity provides the support and management for the Cornwall Air Ambulance, which was the first dedicated air ambulance service in the UK. The Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust exists to help releive sickness and pain, with the provision of an air ambulance for the people of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, and visitors to the county.

Hi Everyone !

Thanks for visiting my justgiving page in aid of Cornwall Air Ambulance !!

I am about to embark upon a challenge of a lifetime : To complete 7 coastal marathons in 7 consecutive months - The 7x7x7 Challenge.

It is organised by www.endurancelife.com and starts on November 8th 2008 in Dorset with the first marathon. Each marathon is totally off-road and involves a serious amount of climbing and descending. The final marathon on Exmoor has a total of 12,000ft of climb and descent (if I make it that far !).

Okay, so not including training I will be running 1.5 days of coastal marathon races - all for charity mate - now that's what I call value for money. Every pound you donate really does equate to a significant amount of pain on my part, however with the excellent work provided by the Air Ambulance paramedics, i think it's wholly deserved.

Please give a little bit to keep the boys and girls flying to save lives !
