Thank you for all of your kind donations. I can't believe you gave so much in a 24-hour period! Amazing :)

Typically, I've been talked into taking part in a monster 2-hour spinning class at the very last minute to raise money for Sports Relief.

I'll be sweating like a horse between 12 and 2pm on Friday 26th March and would love to raise £250 for this amazing charity.

If you haven't donated to any Sports Relief events so far, or if you're extremely generous and thoughtful, please dig deep and donate whatever you can. Every penny really helps.

The event is taking place at Bannatynes Gym in York where, unfortunately, the air conditioning in the spinning studio is as much use as a chocolate fireguard. With any luck I'll survive this ordeal and be able to thank you at some point in time during the afternoon!!
