So Danny came up with this theory that it's possible to ride from London to Mongolia on an 85cc Honda Cub scooter, and convinced Mark for a while that he should go too. For a while. Then Mark decided he'd try to do it by public transport - bussing, trains, and good old-fashioned hitchhiking, as well as provide information support / mocking by text when Danny needed it in the middle of the desert ;)
To help lend some credibility to this, Danny joined up with a Mongolian rally charity group (Mongolia Charity Rallies) to donate through Go Help, to help purchase ambulances in Mongolia. Hooray! To participate in the rally it's necessary to raise a minimum of £1000 for Go Help, and we know you'll be keen to help out too, even if it's just to see if he actually makes it there.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer (you don't have to be from the UK to donate, though). So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now. And help us achieve our goal! And please like this page on Facebook, and spread the word!
