Many of you will know that I am doing the Blenheim Triathlon on the 6th June in an effort to stall the effects of old age.  It seemed right that I should try to get some benefit for a good cause from going through the pain!  ASBAH is a very worthwhile charity with which we have strong personal links in my team at work.
