On the 26th April 2009, I will be setting off on a cycle ride from Lands end to John O’Groats to raise money for breakthrough breast cancer .
I am raising money for this charity as both my wife and sister were diagnosed with breast cancer. Thanks to the research conducted by charities like breakthrough breast cancer I am pleased to say they have both made a full recovery. Having this close experience with cancer has made me truly value the work of breakthrough breast cancer, who work relentlessly to develop safer, gentler and more efficient ways of treating breast cancer and preventing it occurring.
